Kris-Way has diesel exhaust fluid on site at each of our locations. DEF is required for new 2010 emissions level engines on all makes and models of trucks with the exception of International.

We offer DEF at competitive pricing for our lease and maintenance customers.

New Hampshire Update

Kris-Way Manchester

Kris-Way is fully committed to New Hampshire and is actively pursuing expansion in the region. Evan Keefer has moved to NH full time and has assumed the title of Branch Manager for all activities in the Granite State.

Micah Ranni was recently promoted to service manager in Manchester. Micah has been with Kris-Way for several years and had spent time at Kris-Way Portsmouth, NH and Dover, NH.

Kris-Way has enjoyed rapid growth in New Hampshire and has picked up several accounts in the past year. New equipment has been added to the rental fleet, Patsy’s PacLease was aquired, and hours of service expanded.

Kris-Way Rolls Out First Kenworth T700

Kris-Way put our first Kenworth T700 Sleeper Tractor into service today. The T700 offers maximum fuel economy and comfort. According to Kenworth, ” the hood, fenders, headlamps, windshield, roof, bumper and fairings merge in such a clean and precise shape that the T700 produces the lowest aerodynamic drag of any Kenworth. Ever.”

In regards to comfort, the T700 offers the following, “A towering 96 inches of headroom. 60 cubic feet of interior storage. Quality materials. World-class styling. Obama Administration Reveals Proposed Fuel Economy Rules

Crafted jointly by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the new GHG/fuel economy proposals are “tiered” to cover three distinct vehicle categories, according to those agencies: heavy trucks and tractor-trailers, heavy-duty pickups and vans, and vocational vehicles.

Freightliner Develops Hybrid Fuel Delivery Truck

Diesel Direct and Freightliner Trucks together have developed the first-ever diesel electric hybrid fuel truck. The Freightliner Business Class M2 106 Hybrid will be used to deliver fuel to fleets.

The truck utilizes features the Eaton® Hybrid Electric Drivetrain System, a parallel hybrid system that enables the truck to operate using the diesel engine alone, or in combination with the hybrid electric motor.
