Hybrid Option for Medium Duty

Kris-Way now offers a hybrid option that utilizes Eaton Roadranger Hybrid Power. The product is appealing for class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles. Stop and go applications will benefit the most from this system.
According to Eaton, in pickup and delivery applications, the Easton system will deliver approximately 35% improvement in fuel economy. Idle time is reduced and carbon emissions are cut significantly.
For applications that require PTO use, the Eaton patented engine off ePTO will reduce idle time up to 87% and provide fuel savings around 60%.
New Hampshire offers a significant incentive to utilize hybrid trucks in certain areas of the state. Please contact the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) and the Granite State Clean Cities Coalition (GSCCC) to see if you qualify.
