Going the extra mile for customers is something we do at Kris-Way. For example, it’s 11:32 PM and I am waiting for a rental vehicle to arrive from Bangor for a customer in Manchester. The customer needs a specific spec on their refrigerated bodies to get their product to market. The spec is a specialty piece of equipment and the customer called after hours having been presented with an opportunity to take on some extra business. We were more than happy to make it happen for the customer.
Once the truck arrives I am going to deliver it to the customer so that they can begin loading this evening for an early morning departure. This is the commitment we have to our customers. We do everything we can to “make it happen”.
